The official announcement of the movie came in May with a placeholder title—Dulquer Salmaan 32 to mark his 32nd movie as the lead actor. It was initially gearing up to release on September 27 but got delayed to avoid clashes with other films coming out on the same date.

It is now finally slated to release globally on Diwali along with many other releases.

Set in the 80s, this movie deals with the life of Lucky Baskhar, a banker . He is an ordinary man who soars in his life from nothing. The movie follows his mysterious riches.

The Tamil biopic drama is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and features Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi and Bhuvan Arora. Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of Major Mukund Varadarajan, an Ashoka Chakra awardee who was honoured for his bravery during a counterterrorism operation while on deputation to the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion in Jammu and Kashmir.

It is an adaptation of the book series India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.

This movie revolves around a lazy beggar who ends up in grave trouble due to one of his misadventures.
